Nearly Ninety Flights Connected to Epstein Allegedly Landed at or Took Off from UK Airfields

Analysis has found that nearly 90 flights linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein allegedly landed at and took off from British airports, with some allegedly carrying women from the UK who claim they were exploited by the convicted sex offender.

Flight Logs Reveal Trail of Movement

The flight logs were part of a trove of legal papers and files released by Epstein’s estate that have been made public over the past year. The analysis identified 87 aircraft movements linked to Epstein – encompassing many that were previously unknown – coming into or leaving from UK airports between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Flights

Unidentified female passengers were documented among the travelers flying to and from the UK. Crucially, 15 of these British airport journeys took place after Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for soliciting sex from a underage person.

“It was ‘appalling’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his operations in the country,” said American attorneys acting for hundreds of Epstein victims.

British Victims and Legal Proceedings

A statement from one of the UK-based survivors helped convict Epstein’s associate socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. Yet, that survivor has never been contacted by British law enforcement, according to her Florida-based lawyer.

In a response, the Metropolitan police said they had “not received any further information that would support reopening the investigation.” They added, “If fresh and pertinent information be brought to our attention, encompassing any arising from the disclosure of material in the US, we will evaluate it.”

Ongoing Disclosure and Legal Rulings

A bill to make public every document held by the American government in concerning Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to adhere to this requirement. A vast number of files are projected to be made public.

In a related development, a US judge ordered last week that the department could make public case files from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the charges.
