Two men have been charged following a luggage theft where a substance thought to be pepper spray resulted in harm at the UK's busiest airport.

These accusations come after an probe of an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on the weekend. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their luggage stolen after exiting a parking garage elevator, according to law enforcement.
